Innovating Safety & Productivity for the Corrosion Control Industry

KUBE RBB Series

The KUBE Robotic Blast Booth series represents the ultimate in blast automation and product durability.
Blast booth environments are among the harshest industrial applications and it requires a very high level of design and build know-how to successfully integrate robotic electronics into this application in a way that ensures long-term, low maintenance, production output.
The KUBE RBB series, utilises blasting robots that have been refined and improved for over 40 years, taking advantage of the many technological developments that have occurred within that time. This system is able to control two 19mm blast nozzles simultaneously and without the human fatigue element. The result is massive output with a consistent finish – a highly efficient combination. RBB robots can either be controlled from a cabin within the booth or from a control console outside the booth. The robot is equipped with highly durable cameras enabling the operative to obtain an accurate view of progress. The KUBE Robotic Blast Booth series represents the ultimate in blast automation and product durability.

A range of factors determines whether a pre-programmed blasting sequence is used or whether a free blast programme is better. Programming is easily achieved either through the traditional “teach and optimise” method, or now through 3D scanning and the input of 3D models. A significant investment is required for this level of technology in your blast booth, but the durability of the system and the intense production output will easily outweigh this in the right circumstances. Integrating a robotic blast system into your surface preparation procedure is a journey; we’re here with you for that journey.
