• WIWA pumps are not produced en masse, they are individually manufactured to order, and accordingly there is great attention to detail and quality. This enables us to offer you a bespoke combination of long-life packings that will best suit the coatings you normally use, thereby reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
• The internal components of every WIWA pump are manufactured from stainless steel and other, hard wearing nonferrous materials, which means that water-based coatings will not corrode the internals of your pumps
• Packings are sprung top and bottom of the legs, meaning that they are self-adjusting, thus ensuring longer lifetimes and less wear on the pistons
• The unique design of the wet-end means that there is no sleeve required within the piston leg – again lower spares costs and increasing maintenance intervals
• The WIWA oil-free air motor design cleverly re-uses the same air intake on the downward stroke of the piston as it used on the upward. This means there is zero chance of the pump icing up, and of course the pump is more efficient.
• The flexibility of the individual approach means that when considering 2K pump systems for instance, there are over two hundred different ratio combinations available meaning that whatever your coating we will have the right combination available for your project. Alternatively an electronic control system can be incorporated for instant and precise ratio changes.
