EnduraBlast Premium Blast Hose

EnduraBlast premium blast hose has a durable 8 mm 4 ply wall and a pin pricked, mandrel wrapped outer surface to create a tougher outer shell. With a 12 bar MWP, it can be used for sandblasting, shotblasting and can be used as a main hogger line or can be supplied in shorter lengths for whip ends. Available in 1/2”, 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2” and 2” internal diameters in 10 m, 15 m, 20 m and 40 m standard lengths. Custom lengths made upon request. Our in house production facility can supply complete hose packages with couplings, deadman lines, deadman handles and nozzles for immediate despatch and delivery. Next day delivery is available for all UK Mainland locations and two day delivery is available for Ireland/Northern Ireland and other European locations.

Our EnduraBlast Premium Blast Hose with its antistatic outer case and lightweight but tough internal knitted nylon ply gives the user the best combination of wear, cost and safety benefits.

The Endurablast bright green stripe provides an additional safety feature by increasing visibility therefore reducing the potential of the blast hose becoming a trip hazard.

The Blast Nozzle is manufactured to DIN 53516 standards.

EnduraBlast Premium Blast hose can be supplied in 10m, 20m, 30m and 40m lengths.

Wip ends can be supplied tailored to your specific requirements.
