The Schmidt Thompson Valve II (TVII) is the blast industry’s leading performance valve providing incomparable quality and durability. Engineered to provide maximum durability and extended life, the TVII is normally a closed, self sealing abrasive metering valve with quick, smooth response to either pneumatic or electric deadman controls.
Schmidt valves are proven to use significantly less abrasive and are engineered to maximise blasting productivity and reduce downtime. Internal Sleeve’s are available in tungsten carbide, tungsten carbide slotted, urethane, stainless steel or tungsten carbide multiport, large bore.

Improved virtual position indicator(VPI) provides a visual presentation of abrasive flow setting; metering is simple to set and maintain.
