Rapijet GB - Glass Bead utilises a strictly controlled raw material input, combined with a unique manufacturing process that allows a very low air inclusion and a high percentage of rounds. This winning combination of manufacturing conditions results in a very superior performance from the product.
Manufactured from soda lime glass, Rapijet GB - Glass Bead conforms to BS6088:1981 Class C and Aerospace Material Specification AMS2431/6C, is suitable for both open blast and hand blast cabinets and can also be used for peening applications.
Rapijet GB - Glass Bead is available in bead sizes range from 10 microns to 2000 microns and is packaged in environmentally friendly 25 kg paper bags, which are palletised into 1 tonne lots. Alternative packaging and delivery arrangements are available for large orders.
